This tutorial was made by TuesdayOra. This is for creating EASyPLUS audio effects in Audacity.
1: On Windows, go to Edit and click Preferences. On macOS, go to Audacity and click Preferences
2: Click on Quality, then set both High-quality and real-time conversion to Low Quality and Rectangle. Click OK.
3: Select your audio, then click Tracks and click Resample
4: Set the new sample rate to 8000Hz, then back to 44100Hz
5: Go to Effect then Bass and Treble, then set the bass to -25 and the treble to 0. Click Apply.
6: Export the audio in your format of choice, or continue to use it in your Audacity project. This is what the result should sound like (minus the NWR effects):
